Burger is one of my favorite food and it is safe to say my whole USA trip’s main reason was to eat a burger there 🙂 But I’m not the only one who likes this food as burger is a popular choice in many parts of the world and Scandinavian countries are no exception. In fact I stumbled across many burger places then I thought in my North Europe trip.
Burger Joint is one of those places I came across; it is located in Oslo in Aker Brygge part. Customers were looking happy and I checked the menu and with names like Jucy Lucy, Holy Smoke and Flamin Jack, Chili Bomb and many more I was already convinced to eat there and then I saw “Fries Royale” which is like fries but they are sure royal as they came with Black truffle mayonnaise & parmesan.
Also as I happily discovered they have good beers on tap as well.
I can safely say it was a good meal with a good burger and the royal fries was a real winner. Anyway if you are in the area and you like good burgers and good fries with a royal touch this is your stop 🙂
Prices were good but in Oslo standards, remember Scandinavian countries are very expensive. Burgers cost around 150-200 nok (17-23 USD dollars) and the royal fries I mentiones is 68 nok (8 USD dollars). These are decent prices for a meal out in Oslo 😉
