Last week there was a special day for me (and for my mother!). As you can see on the photo that some mornings start with extreme happiness as you have your coffee while reading a good newspaper (Sözcü travel) and even better if you are on the first page of the newspaper!
In the spirit for International Women Day on 8th March, one of the Turkey’s most selling newspaper Sözcü prepared a special issue for its Travel newspaper featuring and I quote “some of Turkey’s famous traveller women” . I was honored to be one of the women on the newspaper that day, not to mention so happy!
Of course, as you can imagine, since there was a picture of me on the front page, sales for that day were extremely high and I understand that some of you couldn’t find a copy to buy because it was all sold!
